Ena works with fellow IMI Certified Mediator Sandra O'Halloran as part of a small dedicated team of mediators operating in County Cork, Ireland. Since qualifying as a mediator she has been involved in providing mediation in the areas of family, workplace, social, and community mediation.
Ena has provided professional independent mediation services since 2012. She has worked mainly with community groups and charitable organisations who find the need for 3rd party assistance. Ena approaches a conflict with the aim of providing a clearer understanding for all parties as to the value of engagement in the mediation process.

Description of Mediation Style
Ena works hard to understand each of her clients needs helping her to adapt her approach as required. She uses a facilitative style of mediation believing that this approach leads to her clients being able to keep ownership of any resolution they reach
