Professional Background
I have a diverse background as Principal of a Debt Collection/ Negotiation Agency and 25 years extensive experience in the legal field as a Legal Executive in many areas of law and more particularly, in Family Law together with various legal studies. I furthermore have completed training and education in Mediation with specific training in Family Mediation.
This diverse experience together with my training, education and passion for mediation allows me to understand complex issues. I have a great interest in conflict within families, separating couples, parental mediation ( access and maintenance), co-habitating partners, community and debt resolution.

Description of Mediation Style
I practice facilitative mediation however, my style would adapt to suit the conflict and the parties and therefore, where suitable or required I would also practice evaluative Mediation and Transformative mediation.
