I have worked in the area of Human Resources for the past 15 years and in general management before that. I hold an honors degree in HR and I am a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I also have a professional qualification in Training and Development. I have completed and passed the assessment in mediation both with the National Registration of Mediators and for IMI certification. I also hold a professional qualification in Mentoring. I have extensive experience of workplace conflict resolution, grievance, disciplinary and investigation. I have experience of working in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

My style is predominately facilitative, however I am comfortable with other styles such as Evaluative and Transformative

Professional Development Ltd (6days ) Mediators course 2013 plus 63 class room hours plus 5 role play days (35 hours)
Successfully completed the assessment for the National Register of Mediators and successfully completed the certification for IMI certification. Both assessments were carried out by the Qualifying Assessment Programme of Beyond Conflict.
I continue to work in HR which involves conflict resolution on an ongoing basis
