Professional Background

My professional background is as a care assistant. I worked my way up through administration and by furthering my education to gain a supervisory role. Professionally, I liaise  & mediate with family members, I am an in-house trainer in a number of subjects, mediate workplace related disputes and am the independent appeal officer for complaints within my organisation.

I am a trained and experienced mediator and keep my skills updated in the areas of family and Elder Mediation.

Description of Mediation Style

My stye of mediation is facilitative with a natural tendency to allow the session be free flowing, within reason, due to me empathetic, relaxed and welcoming personality.
